Make a change.
How long have you joined the Toastmaster club? Do you still remember why you joined this “mythical” club?
Out of interest? Out of curiosity?To enhance your personal skills? To connect with different minds? Or simply to step out of your comfort zone?
No matter why you joined, I believe all you want is to make some changes.
So far, how do you find yourself compared to the “you” back to when you newly signed up for your club? Have you changed somehow to the goal you set at the very beginning? The last but the most important question: Did or do you enjoy the changes?
Pretty much, at least from my personal point of view. I so much enjoyed the changes I got from Toastmaster and the platform it offers. Here in toastmaster, where there is no bias, so no people will judge you but encourage; there are equal opportunities, so everyone can speak their minds and act on their own; there’s great minds sharing their thinkings so you can learn a lot and get inspired...
All in all, it’s a platform where demonstrates “you can you up, I can’t I can still BB.”
And what are your changes on earth? Come and join our Thursday regular meeting to share your changes and growth, maybe you are the next one who will change other people and change the world, even a little bit of it...

About the Club 关于清晖俱乐部
Changeway Bilingual Toastmasters Club was founded in September 2017 with a vision to provide a platform for practicing both communication skills and leadership skills for members of the project management community and beyond. We are committed to a mission of Service, Unity and Valuein helping club members pursue excellence on and off stage. As a bilingual club, we deliver on our vision and mission through weekly meetings alternating between the Chinese and English languages featuring impromptu speeches known as table topics, prepared speeches, effective evaluation and feedback. In addition, all members benefit from the unique learning experience under the Toastmasters' Pathways education system.
清晖双语演讲俱乐部成立于2017年9月，俱乐部依靠项目管理咨询界的标杆—上海清晖管理咨询有限公司，奠定以项目管理为特色，吸引着众多项目经理们前来交流。我们经常邀请各行各业的资深项目经理、商务人士来分享职业经验。大家可以在这里尽情交流思想，认识并结交各行各业的职业人士，拓展思维与人脉。在我们每周四的例会上，我们通过即兴演讲环节、备稿演讲环节和头马特色的评估反馈环节，帮助我们会员在舞台上不断精进。在头马特有的Pathways教育体系下，我们的会员不懈挑战演讲项目，向自信和成功迈进！
