会议主题：三十而立？三十而已
How do you feel if you are turning 30? Excited? Ambitious? Unsure? Or freaked out?
When we are in our 20s, we tend to have a vision of how life will look like when we turn 30 and we are by and large exploring what kind of life we want to live. Some say that by 30, we have to know what we're doing. It's fine to “search” in your 20s, but by the time you're 30, you need to have some direction.
By the age of 30, we are more confident, experienced if not sophisticated, and have more money at our disposal so we can make BIG plans for ourselves. Therefore many see 30 as a milestone year but most people have not figured out their life by 30. But this is not the reason for us to freak out if things are not happening the way we thought they would.
Do you have to have your dream job, dream home, dream partner and dream life by the age of 30? Some think they do, others are not sure, still others are feeling tormented by the not-so-satisfying reality. But always remember, 30, like any age, is a time for start-over if you are not happy with what you have. Focus is your friend and comparison is your enemy. You have to run your own race.

About the Club 关于清晖俱乐部
Changeway Bilingual Toastmasters Club was founded in September 2017 with a vision to provide a platform for practicing both communication skills and leadership skills for members of the project management community and beyond. We are committed to a mission of Service, Unity and Valuein helping club members pursue excellence on and off stage. As a bilingual club, we deliver on our vision and mission through weekly meetings alternating between the Chinese and English languages featuring impromptu speeches known as table topics, prepared speeches, effective evaluation and feedback. In addition, all members benefit from the unique learning experience under the Toastmasters' Pathways education system.
清晖双语演讲俱乐部成立于2017年9月，俱乐部依靠项目管理咨询界的标杆—上海清晖管理咨询有限公司，奠定以项目管理为特色，吸引着众多项目经理们前来交流。我们经常邀请各行各业的资深项目经理、商务人士来分享职业经验。大家可以在这里尽情交流思想，认识并结交各行各业的职业人士，拓展思维与人脉。在我们每周四的例会上，我们通过即兴演讲环节、备稿演讲环节和头马特色的评估反馈环节，帮助我们会员在舞台上不断精进。在头马特有的Pathways教育体系下，我们的会员不懈挑战演讲项目，向自信和成功迈进！
