PfMP培训的课程一般分为两个阶段：第一阶段为观看录播，预习知识，这一阶段可以自行安排时间，第二阶段观看直播或面授，7 天，每天 8 小时，55 小时通过 ZOOM 直播培训。下面来和小编一起看看这两个阶段我们都应该做些什么吧！
第一阶段（观看录播，预习，时间自行安排）
报名缴费后，在直播课程开通前收看录播课程（55 小时），并结合项目组合管理标准 理解，为直播课程的理解和掌握做好充分准备，学员同时可访问学习资料库和题库。
第二阶段（直播或面授，7 天，每天 8 小时，55 小时通过 ZOOM 直播培训）
