    With corporations having location across the world, projects are often global in nature, with project team members coming from different countries and cultures. Managing such projects presents its own challenges and opportunities. This presentation will explore issues related to managing global projects. It will look at how to lead and control projects. Strategies of communication and risk management will also be discussed. The presenter will share her experiences in managing global projects.

    Speaker:

    Sally Zeng, PMP

    Sally Zeng had worked for a well-known pharmaceutical company over a decade, she has intensive experience in managing different scope level projects, establishing processes, integrating the new process into a system, and managing people. Since 2010, Sally has been taking various senior leading roles in global pharmaceutical company. Before that, she was a software engineer and senior technical consultant of software professional service in a highly regulated industries.Sally holds Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
